Friday's viewer mail bag is filled withsome interesting nuggets this week, including a question about the dailylife of Marcionites and our response to true news after they name dropped us onair, I'm Daren Kalama, and this is first news on F B, the latest news, history and analysis from the perspective of the first Christianstune into the FBOM, the twenty four seven radio stream there's usually not much drama andexcitement. Here at F B N, we tend to just cover pre nicing history andevents, but sometimes we get great questions from viewers and Friday seemslike a good day to pull the stack out and get right to them. Our first emailcomes to us from Peter and Costa Rica Hi Darren. We recently learned aboutthe Marcy nits and I'm trying to get a sense of what day Ted Day living forthem was like what is known about it. Well, Peter, that's a good question andit's not really very different from other pre nicing Christians, except ina few, a relatively important aspects.

For example, in their dietary habits, the Marcine were known for being Pescatori, which is just a fancy way ofsaying they ate a lot of fish instead of me, and they also fast it onSaturdays and they worked on Saturday. So there was no eating or laying aroundon Saturday it's kind of symbolic of shared sacrifice and their Sundays werea little bit different as well. They went to church on Sunday actually twice onSunday, and maybe that's where that saying comes from that we've all hertwice on Sunday and that Sunday started at dawn with what they call the serviceof the word, which was basically a quick prayer in an oath notto engage in adultery or theft. Then they went about their day, just as younormally would, and then they all met again as dusk approached so just ar onsunset and they met for their main mass...

...for that day and then, after mass theyall shared in a big meal. Together, it was like a signof you know: Brotherhood, everybody brought some food. You know these werenot rich people. For the most part, people had very little, and Sunday wasa big day ad meant, you know not only getting together, but it also meant youknow a chance to really load up on some food, and so everybody brought some andthey all shared it equally, and if somebody was sick or they couldn't makeit to mass, then their share of that food was delivered to them by one ofthe other parishioners, probably most likely by the presbyter himself and forthe MARTINIS. A presbyter is the same thing as a priest and I'll put a linkin the show notes for an episode that we did on that it'll do an entire walkthrough on the mass, including the hymns that they used and the variousrights and sacraments as they were, performed two sand years ago. It's agreat episode if for interested now,...

...the other day, I was glancing over itto true news, as I do from time to time to see what they're covering and Lo andbehold, I see that my low Annapolis and another Israel first side kick ourguest hosting the program over there. A long story short I was just sicken andafter a succession of dry heaves and blurred vision, I regained my balanceand sent them a short and sincerely concerned email regarding what I hadjust seen now remember it was sent for me personally and not from the firstBible network email account. I didn't reference who I was. I didn't referencemy position as host of FN. First News I just simply signed it Daran Kalama, solast night I go and take a look at their show again to see if they hadfixed their Milo mistake and, to my surprise, not only had they not fixedit they're actually. Reading my email...

...on air is another one. Whoever told you this type of formatand these people is a good idea, so extraordinarily bad advice. I haveto wonder if this isn't some kind of hostage situation is everyone. Okay, there at the studio, okay, Darren, I'm blinking in Morsecode help all right there's another one. Now, by way of background, this Miloperson is the ex editor of Bright Park, which is a far flung suburb of tellavive masquerading as a new site, and it's frequented by the Israeli, a mancorner here in America and like many shape shifters before him, Milo wentfrom Gay crypto Jew to magically not gay Judeo Christin about the only thingthat didn't change is his love for the...

...t, V, cameras, his hair and, of course,Israel. Milo, is everything Joseph Wolf wanted to be back in eighteen, twentynine, a wolf was a Jew and son of a rabbi who converted to catalysis andconverted again to the Church of England. He spent a lifetime subvertingChristianity and we discussed him on an episode a few weeks ago, he's known forthe creation and marketing of the term Judaeo Christian, and he has quite abio for himself as a shape. Shifter I'll have a link in the show knows, soyou can watch it and get a better idea of who he was and how he kind ofmirrors exactly this, this my lot person. In any event, we all await whatnew magical transformation. My Lot takes on and say the next month, perhaps he'll become a newly ordained minister. Nothing would surprise me andshort of an exorcism being performed on...

...the entire staff and studios of TrueNews. I'm really not sure how they recover. From this I mean was this justband judgment or simply an unveiling of ideology? That's always been present. There did founder Rick Wiles have a board printed with ten of the top worstpossible decisions he could make and then just started, throwing darts at itfrom his hospital bed. I really don't know, but we of course, pray for all ofthem and I understand Mister wiles is back home now. Maybe when he's feelingbetter he'd like to come on our show and explain to us how the Alien HebrewColonel Did portrayed in the Old Testament has anything remotely to dowith the Christian God revealed to us only through Jesus Christ. I think thatwould be an interesting little sit down with him. I'm going to go ahead andleave that as a open invitation. Anyway, the real talent over there are truenews: Is Their Research Department and their production staff? These guys arereally top notch and I watch mainly for...

...their work. Now. I'm also going toinclude a link in the show notes, so they can get a copy, a free copy of thevery first Bible. I think, reading the same Bible as the first Christians ofone forty four, a d might help them snap out of whatever's going on overthere. You know we all make mistakes of few more than me and our next emailcomes to us from Allison in Kentucky. Where is the oldest Marcian ize church, and is it still around Hi Allison? That's kind of a thrick question, butlet me take a black at it. At one point, the Marcy nites were larger than eventhe Catholic Church. A lot of people don't know that millions of them andthey were spread across the known world after being founded in one forty, four,a D and they compile the very first Christian Bible that same year, but inthe year three, a D. Thirty two, a d: they hit kind of a rough patch RomanEmperor Constantine issued something...

...called the edict against heretics andhe ordered all of their churches throughout the entire Roman Empire, ordered them seized by force and turned over to the Catholic Church. So, yes, marshy and I churches are still around, but you could say they got prettyheavily redecorated but as it turns out Constantine didn't get everything. TheCatholic Church didn't get everything owned by the Marston nights in eighteen.Seventy two French archaeologists exploring in Syria discovered not onlya Standing Marchiani Church but carved in its stone doorway. They alsodiscovered what is today still the oldest inscription in the world, bearing the name of Jesus and it read to our Lord and Saviour Jesus, the goodand it was dated October first, three D, eighteen, eighty I'll have a link inthe show notes. If you want to learn more about it, and if you havequestions or show ideas, we always like...

...reading them, please email them to d,Kalama D, K, e l, a M, a at first Bible Network and speaking of D Kalama.
